We kindly ask visitors to obtain information from our healthcare staff before visiting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visiting hours:<\/strong> Weekdays and weekends, 09:00 \u2013 22:00.<\/li>\n<li>Patient visits must take place within visiting hours, which have been arranged to accommodate patients&#8221; care and rest schedules.<\/li>\n<li>In the interest of patient health, please limit visits to <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> and ensure that no more than <strong>2 visitors<\/strong> are present in the room at any one time.<\/li>\n<li>Please set your mobile phones to <strong>silent mode<\/strong> inside the medical centre.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals with symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing or phlegm, those with known infectious diseases, those with chronic illnesses, and <strong>children under 12<\/strong> should, where possible, not be brought to patient visits. However, visits by a patient&#8221;s own children may be permitted provided infection control measures are observed.<\/li>\n<li>Visiting restrictions may be applied when a doctor has restricted visits, during a community outbreak, or for immunocompromised patients. Please do not insist in such circumstances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smoking is prohibited<\/strong> in all healthcare facilities.<\/li>\n<li>To protect your patient&#8221;s health, please <strong>do not bring food or drinks<\/strong> from outside.<\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>do not bring potted plants or bouquets<\/strong> of flowers on your visit. Such items are not accepted in patient wards as they carry a risk of infection.
