Patient visits must be conducted in accordance with our medical centre”s visiting rules, with due regard for the comfort and health of our patients. We kindly ask visitors to obtain information from our healthcare staff before visiting.
- Visiting hours: Weekdays and weekends, 09:00 – 22:00.
- Patient visits must take place within visiting hours, which have been arranged to accommodate patients” care and rest schedules.
- In the interest of patient health, please limit visits to 10 minutes and ensure that no more than 2 visitors are present in the room at any one time.
- Please set your mobile phones to silent mode inside the medical centre.
- Individuals with symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing or phlegm, those with known infectious diseases, those with chronic illnesses, and children under 12 should, where possible, not be brought to patient visits. However, visits by a patient”s own children may be permitted provided infection control measures are observed.
- Visiting restrictions may be applied when a doctor has restricted visits, during a community outbreak, or for immunocompromised patients. Please do not insist in such circumstances.
- Smoking is prohibited in all healthcare facilities.
- To protect your patient”s health, please do not bring food or drinks from outside.
- Please do not bring potted plants or bouquets of flowers on your visit. Such items are not accepted in patient wards as they carry a risk of infection. Any flowers brought will be held at reception and handed to your patient upon discharge.
- During your visit, please avoid touching items and surfaces in the room, equipment connected to the patient, and do not sit on the patient”s bed.
- Please pay careful attention to hand hygiene before and after your visit; wash and/or disinfect your hands.
- If you see a warning sign on the patient room door, do not enter without first speaking to a nurse.
- In situations requiring contact with an isolated patient, follow the instructions provided by healthcare staff.
- Please respect the privacy of patients and their families during your visit.
