How Does the Hair Transplant Process Work?

1. Consultation and Planning

2. Operation Day

3. Recovery Process

Mild swelling and redness in the first 3 days is expected. Between days 10-14, the transplanted hairs begin to shed; this is a temporary process and a sign that new hairs will grow. From months 3-4, new hairs begin to grow, and by month 12, the final result begins to emerge.

Yes. Hair follicles taken from the donor area are genetically resistant to shedding; they continue to grow for a lifetime in the area where they are transplanted.
